Furthermore, internal departments have the ability to assign and forward complaints to relevant users or departments, ensuring efficient resolution. To keep complainants informed, we currently provide SMS notifications for each activity. Excitingly, the upcoming mobile version will offer the same functionalities, enhanced with push notifications and possibly a Live Chat feature
